Family Clay Handprint Business: Customer Service

Having a family clay handprint business can be a fun and profitable one.  Having a good product is a given.  However, the most important ingredient in this business is your customer service that you offer to all of your clients.  In our business our motto is "there are no problems, there are only solutions". 

If we make a mistake our policy is to not only re-do the handprint, but to give a free one as well.  We do this because time is money and our customer had to come back and spend time doing this.  This makes it a win-win situation.  We always ask if they would like their money back.  That is rarely the case.  When we re-take the print and give them a free one as well we have one happy client.  Plus, we have made something that was wrong very right. 

You will build a strong clientele and one that will keep coming back to you by offering the best customer service that is a cut above.  It is almost a lost art in today's technical world.  Excellent customer service has worked for us and it will for you as well. We know this from very personal experience of being in this family clay handprint business for nearly 40 years.   With a good product and excellent customer service your business will thrive.
